I live in a beautiful rural setting on 20 acres of trees and meadows with a 5 acre pond.  I share this beautiful sanctuary with my wonderful husband Joe.

I'm very much into an organic vegetarian way of life.  We grow most of our own vegetables right here on our own little sanctuary.

I recently opened a relaxation center known as “Wellness Within” in a small town just a short drive from our home.  Our main theme is to teach people how to live a healthier and more spiritual life.  We offer massage, raindrop therapy, hot stone therapy and have a chiropractor and personal trainer available by appointment.  We would eventually love to add to these wonderful services. 

We also sell Life Force International products, which are whole food liquid supplements. We believe Life Force products are the future of Liquid Nutritionals.  Extensive research goes into each of our products to assure exceptional quality.
